Αγαπητοί Συνάδελφοι,
Το Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο του Εμπορικού Συλλόγου Λιβαδειάς, αποφάσισε σύμφωνα με το Νόμο και με το Καταστατικό, τη Σύγκληση της Ετήσιας Τακτικής Γενικής Συνέλευσης των Μελών του Συλλόγου. Συγκεκριμένα η πρώτη Σύγκληση της Γενικής Συνέλευσης ορίστηκε για την Τετάρτη, 26 Ιουνίου 2019, η δεύτερη για την Τετάρτη, 3 Ιουλίου 2019 και η τρίτη Σύγκληση της Γενικής Συνέλευσης θα πραγματοποιηθεί στις 10 Ιουλίου 2019, ημέρα Τετάρτη και ώρα 19.00 μ.μ., στις εγκαταστάσεις μας που βρίσκονται επί της οδού Στρ. Ιωάννου 24, στην αίθουσα του Συνεδριακού Κέντρου του Ε.Σ. Λιβαδειάς.
Για την αποφυγή των άσκοπων μετακινήσεων που δημιουργεί η ματαίωση, λόγω έλλειψης απαρτίας, των συγκλήσεων της 26ης Ιουνίου 2019, και της 3ης Ιουλίου 2019 , η Γενική Συνέλευση θα συνέλθει οριστικά την 10η Ιουλίου 2019.
Τα Θέματα της ημερήσιας διάταξης σύμφωνα με το Καταστατικό είναι τα ακόλουθα :
I. Έγκριση Οικονομικού έτους 2018
II. Έγκριση Διοικητικού Απολογισμού (από 13-06-2018 έως 09-07-2019)
III. Έγκριση Προϋπολογισμού έτους 2019
IV. Έκθεση Εξελεγκτικής Επιτροπής
V. Ανακοινώσεις
